The Free First Hour: We offer an initial, hour-long diagnostic inspection completely free of charge. If your issue is a simple fix that we can resolve within that first 60 minutes, your charge is fully waived. You owe us nothing.
If the issue requires deep diagnostic tracing or a teardown, we will stop at the one-hour mark. No further work will commence, and no billing will occur, until a firm commitment to work is established between us.
*We strictly bill at $45 per hour for actual labor, utilizing AI-estimated labor rate databases to ensure fair and accurate quoting for every project. We gladly accept pulled parts for bench servicing.
